saver carriage setworks

  • MASS Set Shaft Carriage Setworks is designed to control a line shaft carriage. A color touch screen is mounted in the sawyer's console, vertically or horizontally, for operation, setup, calibration, and diagnostics. The setworks comes standard with the ability to control (2) two forward speeds, (1) one reverse, and a brake.
  • The carriage only needs a forward and reverse function for the setworks to operate. Optionally, the setworks can be configured to control a vertical edger from the same position controller as the carriage. It is prewired at the factory, so installation is quick and straightforward. Upgradable to MASS proportional valve and/or Linear Positioning carriage setworks at a very affordable price! It features all of the following distinct advantages:

  • 54 Preset Buttons (Six Pages of 9 Buttons) Each of Which Can Be Configured As A Cant, Board, Or Pre-Built Stack
  • Position Accuracy Up To 1/64"
  • Touch Screen That Is Dust Proof, Water Resistant, Has Wide Temperature Range (-4 F To +140 F), and Can Be Mounted Horizontally or Vertically
